When I got there just walk in, I showed the lady the email I received from Labcorp she immediately told me the machine is broken.. idk what machine she’s talking about.. I told her this is for employment. She handed me some papers to fill up then after that she handed me the small look like tablet. Then she said when I’m done I need to go to my car and wait until someone call my cellphone.. I did that. I’ve waited more than an hour in my car. When the nurse call me she’s pleasant to talk to and greet me . I great her back and I say good morning. The service was great, but the waiting in my car was too long. I went to buy me a lunch next door and still didn’t get a call. Overall everything was good. The customer service was exceptional. Thank you care spot.
