During a recent trip over the holidays, I required a same day MD visit. Being from out of the area, I went online and found your Urgent Care. I was very pleased with the online appointment scheduling, the helpfulness of your staff, and the care given to me by the MD.

The person who took my medical information was very thorough. I was able to call and get in line for a specific time rather than waiting at the office. The doctor I saw seemed very competent. All personnel were kind.

Didn’t know we could make an appointment. Got in line with a them having a full schedule and were seen within 1.5 hours. They gave out face masks to EVERYONE because the flu is going around… so those that have it don’t spread it and those that don’t, won’t catch it. Very thoughtful and careful!

Everyone I came in contact with was so helpful and friendly. Even the employees that didn’t work with me seemed knowledgeable an friendly AND very helpful to all others in lobby. It just felt good knowing that they cared. Receptionist and another lady who was taking care of a group of gentlemen were soooo very nice. She seemed like a supervisor from the back none the less very helpful. 180deg turn around from another Medpost from Laveen who could use some lessons from this particular Medpost
