I was a walk-in patient, and knowingly had to wait about 1.5 hours to be seen. Was glad to have an opportunity to get some answers on my current medical questions.

Online registration was easy. Check-in staff was courteous and helpful. CMA, FNP very friendly and warm. Waiting time in exam room was not at all long. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful from the time i walked in ,to when i saw the nurse and the DR .They explained everything in detailed and i saw the DR. within half an hour.He treated me like i was a friend not just another patient who needed his help .was very to the point about my pain and injury i understood his diognoises without having to ask alot of questions. Thank you all for being so helpful i would recomend care spot to all my friends family and anybody who will ask for a recomendation,It is so nice to know i have a place i can go to when i am in pain or just need a DR. without having to go to ER or have to try to make and app with my Dr. that can take up to 3 wks or tell me to go to ER if i can’t wait. Thank you again, i feel much better and i am not sitting in a hospital bed.
