Very efficient, welcoming, kind and helpful. I was able to get in without an appointment and with a minimal wait time. I went in for an X-ray of my left wrist/hand following an injury. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Carespot to everyone I know.

Dr George Lopez very friendly and knowledgeable. His staff is very friendly as well and let you know about wait time. This is an outpatient care and we can not expect fast service but they definitely provide efficient and friendly service. I was told wait time of 3hiurs but was seen less than that and with a smile! I see all the bad reviews of this place and is nothing like that! I go here myself and for my kids and it is always excellent service!

The staff was very kind, professional, listened to all of my concerns and provided the best medical advice. It is Nice to feel treated like a human being and addressed all conversations by my name Instead of being talked to by a number like if I’m some sort of sticker on a file.

I have to say your staff was very helpful and extremely courteous. We were a walk in, from NJ visiting family in Atlantic beach. The person at the front desk was excellent. Acknowledged people when theY walked in and said, “I’ll be right with you”, when she was helping someone else. Even though it was busy and there was trouble getting the tablets working g she was very calm. She assured us we would get in even though we were a walk in and they were fully booked with appointments and it could be up to an hour wait. We did wait quite a bit, however when we were called we didn’t have to wait too long to see the medical aide and then the PA. (I think that’s who we saw). Both introduced themselves and were really helpful and personable. He diagnosed me quickly with shingles and answered all my questions and wrote a prescription and called it into the cvs for us. I am very happy with the experience.
