Everyone in the building was extremely nice and accommodating. I usually hate going into any type of doctors office/hospital just because of the bad attitudes almost every employee in the build, starting with the receptionist. But at this location the reception ( I think her name was Tina) had amazing customer service and treated me with such kindness and the other receptionist actually acknowledge me when leaving. I will now only go to this location because of the staff’s hospitality.

Based on the type of issue a person has an urgent care center is better than going to an ER. You not have wait nearly as long to be served.

I didn’t get the doctor’s name, and I feel very regretful that I didn’t. Very compassionate and professional. He makes you feel as if you’re actually a patient and not just a paycheck. Amazing experience here, would 100% recommend my fellow friends and family.

We made an appt to get our covid vaccines. When we arrived we filled out necessary paperwork and then were taken back immediately. They held us for 15 minutes to make sure we had no adverse effects, then gave us our vaccination cards and sent us on our way. Quick in and out!

The Nurse Practitioner was nice. The medical assistant was awesome. He seemed like he cared about what was going on with me. I was very comfortable talking to him
