Maria T, PA is extremely professional and compassionate. She isn’t rushed and engages in educational answers to questions. The facility is clean and spacious. What I was disappointed in was the lack of recognition from the team. When I arrived the waiting area was empty. Ist words from receptionist were “ I need to see your photo ID and ins card. I had to ask Steve for his name. After that he was quite supportive. When called back, the medical assistant didn’t introduce herself and no name badges. She said “we need a weight”. I had to ask her what her name is. Miranda seemed disinterested. To connect with patients is essential in healthcare.
