Prompt services. The only thing is that the MA’s or nurses who triage the patients should be more empathetic toward patients who are having health issues. When I went there I was having an awful cold with a very bad cough. I wanted to have my lungs checked because I had bronchitis once. The MA said “well this is urgent care for emergencies not for colds. For colds you go to your PCP”. I told her “my PCP was booked and the appointment was for the following week! I couldn’t wait because I was not resting and not sleeping bc of the cough“. She was not tactful nor professional. Next time if I get her again (God forbid) and she treats me like that I will report her. I am a RN.

Reception personnel were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Nurse was empathetic and detailed in trying to understand my health needs. Doctor was fabulous! He knew just what to do to help restore my health. Thanks, Care Spot!!!!
