I had a very bad experience when visiting Care Spot on 12/15/19, and shared my feelings on the survey sent to me. i received a phone call with a very sincere apology and an offer to make things right. I went back 12/17/19 and it was completely different. Monique took the time to actually look at my shoulder and recommended I see an ortho and provided me a sling, which has made a huge difference. Thank you for turning my bad experience into a great one.

I was really pleased with the doctor who saw me, she was very detailed in her questions and made me feel I was being taken care of. Surprisingly, no prescriptions at the end, just recommended me to eat bananas so my potassium levels would return to normal quickly. I’ll definitely return to this location if I need light medical care
