From the time I submitted the request to be seen, I was tested, diagnosed and on my way with a prescription within an hour. I could never have had this kind of speed with my own doctor. This is truly treated as urgent care.

Able to make appointment on line. They have lab and X-ray there and are much more reasonable than going to an ER.

Dr. Travis Chapman listened to all of my concerns and asked me questions. At the end before he told me what he meds he planned to call in, he asked me if there were any other symptoms that I wanted to talk to him about. When he described what he was sending to the pharmacy for me, i was beyond relieved to hear that he was including cough medicine because coughing had been keeping me up, or waking me up every 1.5 hrs during the night, plus my ribs were terribly sore from coughing. The med he ordered for that worked amazing!
