I got an appointment on a Saturday the same day I called. My wait in the office was relatively short. The nurse that checked me in and the OA were very pleasant and efficient. .

Everything…from the Front Desk Receptionists, Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. All very professional, ethical, thorough…but not lacking the compassion and warmth received. First Urgent Care facility that I have been to which exhibited these and other qualities. Trust me, I have had my fair share of Urgent Care clinics from my last employment; taking workers to different ones. I would definitely recommend this particular CareSpot facility to anyone. Others should look at the example that this particular location …Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville…portrays and operates by. Thank you.

Location is so convenient, your in the neighborhood! Going inside is a relief in itself because there is not a lobby full or frustrated patients, makes me know that I will be attended to quickly. The staff is respectful and happy! The doctor was professional and kind and very approachable to my questions and concerns. Taking my son here is definitely a positive experience!
