I wasn’t happy with the wait, I was there before anyone and waited a hour and a half to be told I had to go to the hospital because I had chest pain. They knew I had head, neck and chest pain when I went in. That was disappointing-with chest pain someone should be sent to the hospital immediately!!!

This was my best experience I’ve had at this Care Spot. Receptionist was very kind and I didn’t feel like a number at any time in my visit. Triage nurse was good. Very impressed with Dr Reese. He had looked at my chart for prior visits before he came in the room so he was familiar with my sinus infection history. That spoke volumes to me. He listened well and gave good instructions. I’ll go back if it’s a weekend
