Extremely friendly and efficient. I loved PA Hall. She was very good at what she does and the receptionist was very sweet, friendly, and also efficient. Great team for a holiday. I did not want to go to the clinic on a holiday but was traveling the next day and was not feeling good at all. I was feeling a bit better by the next am and was so thankful for going to your clinic. Thank you team! Great job..

The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean which is greatly appreciated. The PA also spent time with us and listened to my son talk all about his Disney World experience without rushing out. My son ended up with an ear infection and the prescription was called in immediately. After our visit my 4 year old son said- the doctor was very nice 🙂 Getting this level of service the day before Thanksgiving was so greatly appreciated. We travel to Amelia Island for vacation frequently and this has been our 2nd time going to Care Spot to get my son checked up. I wish you were in Louisville, KY too.

The information we received from the nurse practitioner and the treatment he prescribed has been very helpful. the overall service was very good with little waiting time. My wife is recovering much faster than we thought she would. Thank you.

The waiting area is always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The clinician I saw Dr. Stump was top notch. He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He took his time with me, listened to my concerns and symptoms. He asked questions and made sure I understood the care plan. I felt like he truly cared and was genuine in his desire to help me feel better.
