I can call ahead for an appointment. My wait time when calling ahead has never been more than 20-30 minutes. The nurses are kind, have a neat appearance and are knowledgeable. I was seen by Nurse practitioner Paul ? , at the Olive Branch location. He really listens, he is personable and then prescribes. Thank You

It was very quick and efficient and everyone was very nice and friendly. This is important when someone is sick. I was very impressed. I had thought I would be there for at least an hour. Luckily, it was a slow night and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes
