I was able to make an appointment. Not a long wait. I was able to have lab tests performed. Both the tech and the PA were friendly and expressed concern on how I felt.

My experience at CareSpot was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in any type of hospital or Care facility. I had three visits there and every time the staff just got better and better. My first experience was outstanding and from that point on, I got to know the staff and they were professional, friendly, kind, considerate and made me feel very much taken care of and in good hands. My first contact at CareSpot was Faithia, she was very nice and very professional and when I returned for my second visit she remembered my name and took excellent care of me. Jaclyn who administered my Staples shared information with me and was very kind and professional. when I return to my work I told my management team that if any other associates needed to go to an urgent care facility, that by far this was the one that we should use. Thank you for such a amazing experience!

Doctor Nikole Maddes was not only professional and super personable, she went out of her way to find discounted coupons for my medication for me due to I was a cash patient. Furthermore, she actually stayed in the exam room more than 5 mins (like other doctors) to listen and ask questions. The facility was clean and welcoming along with front desk clerk too. I will return if need be and also recommend to others.
