During both my initial visit, when I was diagnosed having pneumonia, and my follow up visit, when I received additional meds for the same, I received phenomenal care. The entire staff was professional and accommodating. I was fortunate to have the same medical staff members during both visits. I wish I could use CareSpot as my primary care facility.

The doc for was very thorough and personable. She answered my questions. The med she prescribed has been very effective and I am healing. She was really nice. My experience at this c carespot was excellent. It always has been….unlike my experience a couple weeks ago at the one on kingsley. I should have Never gone there. Their manager was profoundly sorry.

Everyone one was friendly and courteous. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door. My waiting time was short. The clinic was very clean and the nurse and PA Robinson were attentive and knowledgeable.
