I found the receptionist pleasant and eager to help – the medical professional very knowledgeable and the nurse who took my vitals first also knowledgeable and pleasant…I would definitely recommend and for minor situations will certainly return. In fact, I am certain I will return.

I had a great experience at this emergency care! First of all, the receptionist at the phone was very peasant and easy to listen to. She responded well to everything I asked. When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted and recognized. I didn’t have to wait long until I was taken back to a room where vital signs were taken. The PA then came in and diagnosed me and explained everything in detail with the explanations on how to handle this. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy and I was able to start the meds that same night. The whole process was pleasant and very informative. I highly recommend CareSpot to anyone needing instant health care. I would certainly return again, when needed. Thank you, CareSpot!!!!!!
