The staff at Care Spot respected my time by making me an appointment for later in the day, so I wasn’t sitting in the waiting room all day. Upon my return I was seen fairly quickly (30 minutes), and then saw the doctor for an assessment without having to wait too long. I tried to make an appointment with my physician, and was told it would take one month to get me in. For someone experiencing an illness, waiting a month is not acceptable.
