Doctors and nurses are great , front desk staff are fine not great they seem to be distracted. Maybe cause of all they have to deal with upfront?? I had to visit twice in one week and both times front end were not great. I still haven’t gotten my referral as well two weeks now

It was easy to make an appt, I was seen quickly, the staff was friendly, and the doctor was very good!

Communication was great, appointment setting online is simple, and the staff made my six year old feel so special and so unafraid when he had to get a COVID test. They were thorough also checking for strep (because other illnesses still exist). My only not would be the level of cleanliness, it seems like some areas needed a good sweep mop and dust… that’s not comforting during a pandemic. Could just be my perception though.

You’re very nice and willing to see patients. Very respectful staff. As busy as you are, you take your time to listen to the patients. Kind caring stuff. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, but I understand.
