Admitting was very friendly and promptly got me signed in. I waited no more than 5mins for the nurse to take me back to begin accessing me. Physician soon followed. A+ all the way for the entire staff!

I encountered a very knowledgeable and professional individual by the name of Michelle … she took my blood an it didn’t hurt… one and done…but the young lady jasmine that was pregnant Needs more training she worked reception desk and didn’t like the fact that she had an older gentleman with a child waiting knowing flu vaccine unavailable …but Michelle came out told the young lady to call other affiliates of urgent care to help the father with child… but jasmine was not willing to guide the father after making him fill paperwork knowing fly vaccine is unavailable… her mannerism was unacceptable… I am an RN/BSN
