They calmed my nerves when I was very worried about a severe reaction to a bite from an unknown spider or snake. They were able to get me in quickly. I appreciated how I was guided to fill out a short form. I was informed about what was happening with the wound and reassured that it was not as severe as I thought. The medicine prescribed seems to be working well for me the following day after my visit.
