Proximity to home, a quick check-in, very short waiting time in a very clean and comfortable environment. The friendly staff, including the doctor who examined my condition, made for a very comforting and relieving experience, despite my physical discomfort. This was so much better than having to wait for hours at a Kaiser ER or Urgent Care! And being able to take a prescription to any pharmacy, including Kaiser, was much appreciated.

Both their clerical & medical staff create a warm welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Ivan & his medical assistant-Kevin provides thorough examinations and accurate results. I was diagnosed w/the Flu B and Pneumonia. Which was caught early due to Dr. Ivan ordering a nasal swab (flu) and chest X-rays. I am so Thankful for their Professional, caring demeanor. Its always a Positive Experience when I visit CareSpot.
