The lady working at the front desk was friendly, efficient, and, by all appearances, competent. Glenice (Sp?), the medical assistant / technician is good: she asked questions, answered my questions, and told me the next steps. Next, Dr. Luis Cabrera was good and very thorough and asked questions. I explained I had pneumonia a couple years ago and wanted to avoid it, now.

PA haya is wonderful! Very attentive, compassionate and kind. Would highly recommend! I was so thankful for her kindness on day when I felt really sick.

CareSpot was the only urgent clinic that was open, even though I had to go to the next town over, you was open on a Saturday morning. The staff was kind and helpful. Dr.Joe was awesome the staff was awesome and the medication I needed is working just as he said it will. I will definitely recommend a friend or family member in need of urgent care but not so urgent where they don’t need to bombard our emergency room hospitals. Even my local urgent cares claimed to be open online but closed when you called them. So thank you Care Spot and my ear/head thanks you too. My primary Doc is on it.
