I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Thorpe was great. He listened my symptoms and then suggested treatment. Easy to sign in online and provide information for being seen. This saves time. I would recommend Care Spot to others and would use this service again.

I don’t like not having a confirmation email sent. On line booking site says it will be sent. I did not receive confirmation for the last three appointments.
