I was warmly greeted; Intake staff quickly and professionally took history and relevant information for the appointment. The attending NP was highly professional, non-assuming and, to a layman with extensive medical history, seemed highly competent, caring, and efficient. I wish all the treating medical professionals with whom I have had appointments were as good.
