I had a positive experience at MedPost. The staff were friendly. The doctor was very nice and explained everything they said, which was very helpful and I appreciated that alot. Thank you all.

Services yesterday @ the Cypress location was much more helpful than the group from the day before in the same location. If this group comes in only on Tuesdays, avoid Tuesdays at all costs.

I thank NP Jenny Lu and Dr Shumway for taking care of my chronic spider/insect bites, I went to NP Jenny Lu recently and she reminded me of using Benadryl which Dr Shumway had suggested if I ever had another episode of spider/insect bites. Jenny also suggested the use of Tea Tree Oil and lavender or eucalyptus oils, Bounce sheets and Avon’s Skin So Soft as insect rep. My fellow apartment residents are so happy with Med Post Urgent Care which happens to be directly across the street from our complex; I have either been a walkin or made an appt. There is the very minimum of wait time and the waiting room is never overcrowed as other facilities I have been at.
