Timliness, feeling of total orofessionalism. Cleanliness, instructive and caring physician and staff. This was MY first experience EVER on a personal level, with an Urgent Care facility. Suggestion: please do something ( training) about instructing your front desk staff in asking parents to control their overactive and curiosity- prone children. For the sake of ALL patients.

I was “couldn’t get out of bed” sick with a constant splitting headache and a deep hacking cough. I was able to book an appt within the hour and was greeted by a very helpful, friendly receptionist. I filled out a brief electronic form. Waited about 15 minutes. I was then seen by a nurse who actually asked questions and listened attentively. Then I was seen by a very pleasant and professional nurse practitioner. I was given a treatment some prescriptions and was on my way within an hour. Every person I met with was kind and personable. It felt good to be treated as a patient and not just someone who is being pushed out the door. I am feeling better and will definitely return if needed.
