Several years ago, I went to CareSpot and had a good experience. It had been years since I visited the CareSpot on Monument Road, so I looked at the reviews that were posted. I was a little apprehensive in visiting this facility after reading the reviews. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and was seen before my appointment time. The staff and Jenny Cooke (PA) were awesome! All were efficient and courteous. Yesterday, three weeks later, I dropped in to get a flu immunization. There was different staff working but I experienced the same efficient and courteous service.
