Although there was a long wait, the LVN (I believe his name was Chris), was exceptional. He was incredibly patient in teaching our 7 year old daughter to use crutches. Now two days later, she is doing really great on crutches and has mentioned several times that “she had the best teacher.” Thank you for making an unexpected urgent care visit a really great one our family will always remember.
