The staff was professional and courteous. The expected wait time was made more bearable by the accuracy of it being kindly shared at the beginning of the check-in process. The PA’s (Jessica) demeanor was friendly yet focused. She listened carefully and was thorough. Overall, an experience that completely met my expectations.
