I was a bit nervous to go to an Urgent Care for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect! I made an appointment, went in, and had my Rx in-hand all in about an hour! I was truly amazed by the overall experience and will recommend the Rochester hills location to everyone! The front-desk check in staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient! The medical staff was highly professional and experienced; and was very thorough with treatment and answered all my questions. The place is sparkling clean, and well organized. Thanks Again for everything!

Great location. Can make appt. Friendly staff. Nice doctors, fax in prescription to pharmacy for you. Very kind when your sick, take the time to explain meds and treatment.

From the check in desk to the Ma and the PA this carespot was amazing! Love the online appointment and check in process. It made things so much easier with a sick child.

I was able to call and schedule an appt for a UTI the same day and got an antibiotic and pain med the same day. Live in my 5th wheel and do not have a PCP nearby. Plus it was a Saturday.
