Staff was very friendly, no wait, got checked in quickly and triaged quickly. Only thing I didn’t like was not being told they had no X-ray when I specifically said that was why I was there. Next time I would call first to see if X-ray was available.

I have used Care Spot on 2 occasions & been impressed each time. I was treated with kindness & my concerns were well-addressed. Care Spot provides a comprehensive range of services that make it much more convenient than having to wait for an appointment with my PCP, which in my case was well worth the co-pay. I received a call the day after my visit to check up on how I was doing. I feel good knowing that if needed, I can rely on my neighborhood Care Spot.

I went in sick with my 3 year old.. I had to get a X-ray for bronchitis and they took my 3 year old daughter and made her feel like family while I got my X-ray. She loved it so much.. they took such amazing care of her.

Very professional, wait time was less than 10 minutes, staff very friendly and caring. Facility was very clean and PA. was awesome, very professional, friendly, and very thorough before prescribing medicine to help me with my illness. Would recommend this urgent care to friends and family.
