It was Nice, clean, paperless registration, wasn’t waiting all day, and the nurse was very pleasant she made me laugh basically I wasn’t focusing on my pain. She took great care of me and seemed to be concerned and you would have thought she didn’t have a care in the world, her focus was taking care of me. I was there about an hour which was great timing for an urgent care.

Staff and doctor I saw were very thorough. They listened to my complaints and symptoms and gave me quick testing and treatment. Very professional and had a human touch. Will go back again if any immediate needs.

Most friendly staff ever. My endo at mayo, folks at county health, and my partners doctor office – they’re all fairly rude and brash. This staff at carespot was so friendly, I’ll likely use them for any health urgency going forward. And they’re fast!
