I love that you can make appointments ahead of time. I was unable to make one, and just headed in. The facility was clean and organized. The staff were professional and courteous. I LOVED that you could see que of people to at least feel like you knew where you were. I was in and out in quickly, but felt like my needs and concerns were addressed.

Reception and payment personnel were friendly and efficient. Staff person who took info for clinician was cold and uncaring. NP was kind, caring, attentive and efficient. First appt was canceled. Second had an hour plus wait. (This is just FYI).
