Everyone at Care Spot seems to be very efficient and friendly, not to mention caring, otherwise why call it Care Spot? I was the first one to see a medical professional on Sunday morning, and was treated very nicely by all whom I met. Its location is very close to my home, so that I was able to get there easily. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional and friendly. All in all, it was a great visit, and I will go there again.

Personal touch. From the moment if my first contact on the phone with David, he spoke to me professionally yes with a level of sincere empathy. It was if was the only person they were interesting with today, it sounded like they genuinely cared and wanted to help. It was very comforting. When I arrived each person genuinely tested me as an individual. With patience kindness and again as if I were there most important person they were going to soak to that day. The person who took my vitals ( can’t recall her name but so kind) the nurse practitioner Elizabeth listened very carefully.

Excellent service!!! The person at the front desk greeted us when we walked in. The medical assistant who took us back was very nice & sincere. The doctor explained everything including the paper work that was given and answered my questions. My son and I were in and out within an hour. Definitely a 5 star service!!
