Everybody was courteous, helpful, and sympathetic to all of our concerns. I understand this is an urgent care on a weekend. However, I still did not like my total overall visit to total almost 4 hours while having to wait in pain. Still, I all was okay. Thank you for your time and services to my health needs.

They saw me and it was quick and painless. I went to the one on Sunland Park first and the guy told me it was a 2.5 hour wait, claiming there were 8 people “already in the back” when there was only 1 car in the parking lot. The Paseo del Norte clinic was friendly and super responsive.

Your physician was great. He took his time to try to deduce and diagnose what was wrong. Also gave a few prescription options that might work best. Most importantly, the tech or nurse “Ebony” had amazing customer service. She was funny, delightful, and compassionate. Your front desk associate was also very kind.

Online registration was quick and easy. When I showed up at my time it was a fast check-in process. The doc was very friendly and got me on the path to wellness with prompt diagnosis and the right prescriptions. And the copay was very low. Fantastic!

Everyone who helped me from the receptionist, nurses and assistants and the doctor were very professional and had a great calming way to deal with my problem. The doctor was a good and careful listener which was much appreciated! I would recommend this center to friends and family
