This was my very first time using an Urgent Care, it was so easy to schedule my appointment online after I got off work, the hours were awesome. Open early and open late. I got to the office, the receptionist was very friendly, it was a very easy process to complete my registration, the nurse called me back right away, the PA was so nice and very detail oriented, they completed an X-RAY right away which was very convenient to have that completed there immediately, I waited for the results and then she sent the prescriptions I was needing to my local pharmacy. The whole process was just very easy, I will definitely use the Urgent Care again, so much easier then going to an Emergency Room, especially if it’s not a life threatening issue.

Friendly and clear help when I called for an appointment. Clean facility. The PA and nurse had wonderful bedside manner. I feel confident either the diagnosis and treatment plan. I was not rushed and had all of my questions answered.

Belinda at the front desk was amazing getting me in very quickly and the doctor Katie Topper was fantastic. Very thorough and diagnosed my issue and by the next day was feeling 90% better.. I would definitely use Med post if I need to again whilst on holiday.. many thanks
