Parking was very convenient. When you walk in the facilities are clean and well organized. The reception area was staffed and the receptionist was gracious, acknowledging me immediately. When it was my turn to check in I understood the number patients (4) ahead of me so I understood the wait time and could make the decision to wait or leave. ALL of the personnel were welcoming, calming and thoughtful with each of us. I was very pleased to know that this location had x-ray equipment, I asked the receptionist upon my arrival as I had anticipated the need of an x-ray. My ‘stay’ at the Care Spot was about 2 hours total. Time can be a priority but QUALITY of care and individual attention is what I consider the most important. I received it. This is the location I will use if ever needed again and I will enthusiastically recommend it to all of my friends and family
