The staff was very kind and compassionate. I was able to get x-rays done on the site and receive the results while I was still in the office.The doctor actually came in the room sat down and listened to my concerns. The location is convenient and the service is outstanding

I showed up at 7:50 Friday night and the staff was so awesome. I needed some stitches in my hand and they did not rush anything, stayed late and stitched up my hand. They did a great job and saved me hours waiting the the emergency room. This is the second time I have used this facility and would highly recommended it.

My issue occurs about once a year and my PCP always incuded an antibiotic prescription but Dr Emerson explained my condition and only prescribed what I needed to help my ailment run its course with no antibiotic and his advice on the proper application of the nasall spray was really helpful. His clear explanation to me as he did every step of his exam was refreshing. And he also took the time to explain the interaction of the prescription with my current maintenance medication I take daily. My PCP was like this when I started but seems rushed now. For an urgent care office this was a positive experience.
