PA was efficient and addressed my health need. I made an appointment online, checked in 20 minutes early and sat 30 minutes after my appointment time while others who came in after me were taken in. The receptionist said, “Oh, I forgot you were here.” I know it can happen, but the registration is for a reason (I understand if an emergency comes in, but these were not).

Check in is quick, and the people are very kind, very professional and they do good work. MedPost is the only urgent care I use.

I went to the Care Spot on Southside Blvd 8705 Perimeter Park Blvd #2 Jacksonville, FL 32216 on 10/23/2019 at around 6:30pm. Very courteous staff that day especially the two young ladies at the front desk I don’t remember their names very clean facility I was only there a hour verses going to the ER and being there about 4 hours I came in with so much pain and left 100% better my finger was ok infected and I had to get it lanced everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed it was my very first time going to a Care Spot and I will continue to use this particular facility

Loved you online scheduling. Everyone from the desk, nurse, and Doctor were all very professional. I have been here twice now and was a great experience both times. I can not say that about Med Express which is why I went to you in the first place, and I am so glad I did!

They we nice and answered any questions or concerns i had. They seemed like they cared about my health and what was going on with me. Much appreciated this was also my first time here i just moved here from out of state.

Quick, caring, knowledgeable and understanding. I was seen by a PA and she was very pleasant and listened to my concerns I was seen fast and my medicines was sent to the pharmacy and also I had a doctor’s note. Very pleased with my visit. Definitely recommend it was my first time
