Before going, I called and spoke to the receptionist to ensure my insurance was accepted. He was quite friendly and extremely informative. I made an appointment online and when I got there, I spent LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES before being taken into the examining room. My vitals and information were taken and the doctor came in to see me right away. Perhaps not your ‘normal’ experience at an urgent care facility but definitely the BEST so far.
