efficient, to the point. Helps able to make appointment times on line. Glad for reminder to make follow up with primary, Good to be able to begin treatment for rash quickly rather than waiting for appt. with primary since was the week end.

The dr was fantastic. Great bedside manner. Only recommendation would be to still have some priority for those who walk in for service. I got there right when they opened and was the only one there for 8 min. All checked in and ready. And somehow a guy who had a 915 appointment and walked in at 908 got called back before me. Kind of disappointing for a urgent care as I’m not planning on being sick. But the doctor who was there, Frannie, was amazing. She had great bedside manner and I felt comfortable with her advice and knowledge on my illness. I have only been gone for not even 48 hours and am already feeling much better. I have gone to this location at least 4 times and she was the best doctor I have seen there.

From the first person we saw, we noticed how friendly and polite she was. We were walk-ins, yet did not have to wait long at all. The doctor’s assistant was very friendly, also, and she asked me questions without rushing me. The doctor, Marc Thorpe, was very nice and he told me what was wrong. He explained everything and was extremely gentle. He was also very kind and I felt completely relaxed. From the first person we spoke to, to Dr. Thorpe’s assistant, to Dr. Thorpe himself, we were treated very nicely and we did not have to wait very long to meet the doctor or to have him take care of me. Thank you for letting me talk about my visit.
