Receptionist tone of voice when making appointment was professional yet caring. Arrival at Carspot receptionist was helpful and fast. The nurse who took my vitals was stern looking, however, kind and relaxed yet professional when escorted to exam room. Dr. Alex, can’t say enough about her sympathy and compassion. Although she did not physically comfort me why I had a crying breaking initially, she patiently waited for me to gain my composure then listened while I explained what I have been dealing with for the past 6 months. She even shared her personal experience with me about the journal when endured with her pain, what attitude she had to develop to receive the treatment she needed to help her heal. That touched my heart so the face that she has an ortho background. She did not minimize how I was feeling and provided me with options. The medical field needs more caring doctors on staff at all healthcare facilities. They are human just like we are and a beautiful thing to see that displayed in our care. Thank you especially for her. She was an answer to a prayer I was praying prior to her coming into the exam room.

I loved working with Maria the ma and the gentleman at the front desk. I wish they were the team that was ALWAYS there. They are awesome and the doctor there is no words to describe how wonderful he was. His bed side manner 110% my son loved him. I was so impressed by the change. This team needs to be there always.

My husband went to CareSpot to get his DOT physical. He came home and told me that he was very impressed with the knowledge of the staff. The doctor gave him an in depth and thorough examination. He was very patient and tried to understand my husband’s needs and circumstances. He was very pleased with his visit.

I would have to say the clinic was clean, fast, friendly and efficient. I went in for a urinalysis as part of the onboarding process for a new job. I arrived at the clinic as a walk in and after I checked in, it took maybe 8 minutes to be seen. Nurse Luis was administering the UA he made sure to explain every part of the process and was very detailed. I would definitely recommend this facility.
