The office staff were nice, kind, kept me informed. While I had to wait a while (as expected), it was not a long wait, and as I said, the ladies at the front desk kept me up to date on the wait time. The doctor on call was great, too, informative, helpful, caring.

Did not have to wait long. The nurse practitioner was very cordial. Their treatment was reassuring and helpful. We didn’t know if the burn was 3rd or 2nd degree. But it turned out to be just a bad 2nd degree.
