I like that we can call ahead and make an appt. The part that was odd was that on the tv it lists who is there and everyone was walk-in except me. I had an appt ahead of time at 2:45pm. I was there in the waiting room for quite some time. They brought back several walk-ins first, and it was already about 20 minutes after my appt time. When they did call me back a very nice lady took my vitals etc. She then went to let the dr. know I was waiting. Within five minutes he came in and was just wonderful. We discussed what I was doing at home for my care; looked at all my wounds; said I was doing well with keeping them all clean. Saw some healing signs. He suggested an antibiotic, which was the main reason I wanted to see the dr. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name, but he had salt/pepper hair, mustache and an accent. He was thorough and wasted no time. Got me the prescription right away and had called it in before he came back to give me the hard copy. Saw me to the exit and was super nice. It was very clean, the receptionists were very pleasant and I had an overall pleasant experience.

Judy at the front desk was very pleasant greeting me especially when I didn’t feel good . Luisa the nurse was very sympathetic and professional. Amber the NP who treated me was great she took the time and listened to my symptoms and assured me the best course of treatment.

Second visit. Convenience, the people that work there are ALL so nice and friendly, I can get my meds right there. That means a lot when you don’t feel well! I am so bad about remembering names but Tonya, Jessica, Peter, and the nice lady that got the wheelchair for me and the one that helped me hold my arms up in X-ray. I have already recommended you to several people in my neighborhood! Thanks to all of you!
