customer service, timeliness of being seen. one suggestion….I did see an Hispanic customer speak with the receptionist who did not comprehend what she was saying. perhaps have someone bilingual available in these situations.

Reception staff was very friendly, prompt, and professional. Back office staff was prompt and efficient. Nurse practitioner was friendly, professional, and informative. One thing I noticed at the reception desk really got my attention. After I completed the registration process and handed the electronic tablet back to staff, he wiped it down with disinfecting wipes. I work in a hospital and often teach about hospital acquired infections (HAI) so I am acutely aware of likely places to pick up germs. I was very pleased that in addition to hand sanitizer being available to patients, this extra step was taken to minimize exposure.
