I was pleasantly surprised by this Urgent Care- the check in process and speed of appointment were excellent. I was, however, not thrilled that the same young man that checked me in (and spelled my name incorrectly on forms despite having my cards in his hand), was the one to give me my shot in the buttocks at the end. He was not at all professional. If I needed to go back in the future, at least I know to specifically request a nurse.

The Carespot team was extremely helpful & professional. Starting at the front desk, Ms. Joenell was super sweet and got me in fast. I was seen by Tammy Martinez, who was very kind and listened to my concerns. Nurse Orchid made me feel comfortable when it was time to for me to get an immunization. My experience was amazing compared to other urgent cares I have been to. I would highly recommend this facility & their team to anyone in need of care. Thank you all so much !!!
