Reception very nice and professional. Dr only spent 5 minutes. A little dissapointing. Sinus infection painful. Prescribed antiobotics and said follow up with dr.. for which i do have an NP. Other urgent care in az spent time talking about option of nose sprays and best decongestions. I believe urgent care facilities see more sinus infections and are aware of best medicines that work better. I usually like them better than doctors that have their own practice.

I can make an appointment, so no waiting. The medical professionals are very caring & thorough. I LOVE the written report of your illness/injury at the end of your visit.

Fast and efficient. However, I did not get the script sent to my pharmacy for the inhaler. Only the men treatments, antibiotic and prednisone.

Easy to make appointments online. Great staff. Listens to you and prescribes medicine to help with your problem. Much easier to get appointments at Med Post than your regular doctor.

I had a great experience, everyone was very nice. Michelle was amazing! She was very friendly and patient with me. I didn’t have my insurance card and she walked me through obtaining it online and even saved it to my phone so I’d have it easily available in the future. I also really like how I was able to make an appointment 30 min ahead of time and would have been seen right away if I didn’t have to figure out my insurance info. Other urgent cares that I’ve been to were not as friendly and not as quick. I will definitely reccomend Med Post to others and I will be sure to return for any future medical needs.
