The employees were very funny and nice to me, and it really felt like they cared about me as a patient, which is more than I can say about other urgent care’s I’ve been to. They got me in quick, checked me out, even gave me a breathing treatment to help with my asthma problems. I’m feeling much better now, a few days later.

I was greeted in a friendly but professional way. I felt like I was treated like a person rather than another “case”. All staff seemed to be interested in resolving my issues and listening to my thoughts and ideas for a solution to my problem. My pain was managed in an acceptable way without prescribing anything more than what would take care of my symptoms. Even though I had concerns about a particular diagnosis that they were not sure I had, they were willing to do testing to rule out certain conditions to ease my mind.

The older Phillipino MD was quite knowledgeable, experienced, affable, great bedside manners. The lady medical.assistant couldn’t have been more professional and reassuring. Congratulations to your team! Excellent medical care.

I came in on Sunday afternoon around 4:00 with terrible pain across my forehead, eyes and ears. I was attended by Tim. He ordered a shot and a script for a nose spray. By 10:00 that night I was getting relief. Thank you for your care. I had been to another emergency clinic two previous times for other issues and got nothing resolved there. I would certainly use you again, if necessary.

You have friendly people working for you and service was quick and office was very clean. I was satisfied with my results since I was worried I had a broken knee. I would definitely recommend this facility.
