Kind and courteous staff and professionals

1. reasonable wait time for an unscheduled walk-in event. 2. extremely careful attention by the PA to wound care. 3. excellent instructions from PA for ongoing self-treatment. 4. facilities were clean and organized. But the check-in receptionist was a bit curt. She may have been having a bad day.

Entire staff was very kind. I did have to wait for quite some time but the nurse and the PA said sorry for the wait and that made it all fine.

Compassionate, professional employees. I was in a great deal of pain. Everyone worked very quickly to get me the help I needed. They were all very comforting and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Med Post in Collierville.

We were recommended carespot by the concierge at the Portofino hotel. My son was sick and they treated him in a fast efficient and friendly manner thank you! I wish we had such good service in the UK we often have to wait nearly 2 weeks for an appointment to see a doctor.

Quick service, staff is really helpful and nice. The only thing thing is both times I went both doctors we had had an attitude problem but it’s a good thing I’m patient and not a jerk. But overall I would definitely recommend.
