Easy to make an appointment online so l don’t have to sit sick in there waiting. Friendly front desk staff . MA introduced herself and was very good . P A came in in ati sly manner,listened well ,and helped me.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Med Post Los Alamitos this past week, for a suspected (confirmed) UTI. EVERYONE there, from the front desk receptionist to the back office assistant to nurse practitioner Kristin (? hope I got her name correct) was friendly, kind, helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I was probably the last patient of the evening & yet my nurse practitioner was never rushed, listened to everything I wanted to discuss & gave me excellent, compassionate & knowledgeable, professional care. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend Med Post Los Alamitos very highly & will certainly go back again, whenever I have the need for an urgent care facility. It is also less than 10 minutes from my house & is actually in the same building/parking lot etc as my primary care physician, Dr. Lindsey Mossinger. (BTW, I did NOT realize this until I finally arrived, as the GOOGLE driving directions I got online before coming were incorrect – which has never happened to me before . . . just for the record, the directions from Google stated that going west on Katella, that Med Post Los Al would be on my LEFT – wrong! It’s on the RIGHT & fortunately, I saw the lit up sign as I passed by but still had to make a U-turn at the signal at Cherry/Katella, which has to be one of the LONGEST signals in the entire city! But, I arrived, finally, in the end!) Thanks again, to all the staff who took care of me at my visit last week!

I love how helpful the staff members are, I suffer from anxiety and doctor offices make me extremely anxious, however… when I go here my anxiety is less. I go here rather than my doctor.

After you sent me to the emergency room, you called the hospital to see how I was doing. When you called the next day to check and found that I had been released, you called my home to see how I was. To me, that is above and beyond.

It was easy, fast and efficient. The personal were very efficient. The Medical Assistant (?) was very good at explaining what the possible causes of my pain were.
